Nasi Campur Korea

Bagi yang suka menonton film korea? pasti pernah lihat mereka makan nasi campur khas yang diaduk dengan berbagai macam sayuran dan bahan lainnya dalam mangkuk yang besar ( seperti di film Favorit saya yaitu ; Full House ).

Nih saya berikan resep nasi campur ala Korea.

Bahan :
350 gram beras,cuci bersih, tiriskan
200 gr daging sapi, has dalam, cincang kasar.
2 sendok makan kecap asin
200 gram jamur merang , dibelah dua.
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh garam.
600 cc air.
1 sendok makan minyak wijen
4 batang daun bawang, iris tipis.
2 sendok makan biji wijen, sangrai, memarkan.
2 sendok makan minyak.

Cara :
1. panaskan minyak.
2. masukkan daging sapi, kecap asin, jamur merang, merica bubuk, garam, minyak wijen, dan daun bawang, aduk rata.
3. masak hingga daging sapi 1/2 matang.
4. masukkan beras, aduk rata
5. tambahkan air.
6. masak sambil diaduk terus hingga air terserap habis. angkat.
7. panaskan air secukupnya dalam kukusan, masak hingga mendidih.
8. masukkan tumisan nasi.
9. kukus hingga matang, angkat ,taburi dengan biji wijen.

Blueberry Muffin Recipe

Main Ingredients:

All-purpose flour :1 1/2 cups
Whole wheat flour: 1/2 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup
Vanilla Powder: 1 tsp
Baking powder: 1 tbsp
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Milk: 1/2 cup
Orange juice 1/4 cup
Eggs: 2
Fresh blueberries: 1-1/2 cups
Lemon zest : 1 tsp (optional)


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).

2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

3. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla powder; whisk until blended.

4. In another bowl, pour milk, orange juice, oil and eggs; whisk until smooth.

5. Pour the milk mixture over dry ingredients.

6. Sprinkle with blueberries and lemon zest. Stir gently.

7. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling three-quarters full.

8. Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes in oven until tops are golden.

9. Place rack on counter and let muffins cool for at least 10 minutes.

Meat Ball with Spageti

Mini Meatball and Broken Spaghetti

Ingredient
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 fresh or dried bay leaf
1 quart chicken broth
One can crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
One can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
3/4 pound ground beef sirloin
Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped (a generous handful)
1 large egg
1/4-1/3 cup fine Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (a generous handful), plus more to pass around the table
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 pound spaghetti, broken into thirds
1 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded

Preparation
In a large soup pot, combine the EVOO, 2 turns of the pan, the onion, carrots, garlic and bay leaf and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, using a fork, combine the ground beef, parsley, egg, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese; season with salt and pepper. Roll the meat into balls the size of a large walnut and drop each one into the soup pot (you should have about 16 meatballs). Simmer the stoup for 10 minutes.
Stir the broken spaghetti into the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes. Turn off the heat, stir in the basil and season the stoup with salt and pepper to taste. Serve, passing more cheese around the table.

Recipe for Hamburger

Who said hamburger is not healthy? We can make it self,with healthy ingedient.

Ingredient
3/4 pound ground sirloin
3/4 pound ground veal
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon allspice or nutmeg
Salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
4 portabello mushroom caps, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
1/2 cup Marsala wine
4 plain kaiser or ciabatta rolls

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meats with the garlic, spices and chopped parsley. Score the meat into 4 equal portions then form patties.Pre-heat a large, nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon EVOO. Add the patties to the hot skillet and cook about 3-4 minutes per side.Meanwhile, heat another large skillet over high heat with the remaining EVOO. Let the oil get hot, then add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Toss in thyme and douse the mushrooms with the Marsala. Cook until reduced.
While the burgers and mushroom are cooking, spilt the rolls and toast them under the broiler.
To assemble, place a patty inside each bun and top each burger with some Marsala mushrooms. Serve with Alfredo Potato Finger Fries alongside.

Strawberry Parfait Recipe

6 large fresh or thawed frozen strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1. Place strawberries in a bowl; lightly mash with fork.

2. Spoon strawberry mixture into four long-stemmed wine glasses.

3. Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate and brown sugar in a small bowl.

4. Drizzle yogurt mixture over strawberries and avocado and sprinkle with coconut.
